Cute Card

It was also the birthday of a cousin's daughter yesterday and this is the card I sent Chloe.  This one is also made from a Create and Craft card kit but as the front had a scalloped and glittered top edge I left it as it was.  

 

The Happy Birthday paper is printed from the Cuddly Buddly download A Patchwork of Papers Plum.  Stampin' up's rich razzleberry card was also used along with two shades of lilac card.  The Embossalicious 8"x 8" dots folder was used to emboss the lilac card.  Rich razzleberry ribbon was used to make bows and wrap around the panels.

A few self adhesive pearls from Hobby House and corners cut using a Quickutz die were the final touches.

This was a message posted on Facebook by her big sister yesterday.

"10 years ago today, at about this time, me and Amanda, Granny and Grandad were all sitting around the phone waiting to find out if mum had had a girl or a boy. After what felt like forever, we found out Chloe had been born. So weird to think it's already been 10 years! Happy Birthday Chloe, you little twirp xx"

Hopefully Chloe enjoyed her birthday with her two big sisters.  I always use Chloes age to remember how long I've been card making as I made her first birthday card during the first year.  Those were the days when all my crafting bits and pieces fitted in a baby changing box.
